Six Month Industrial Training

Universities like PTU, MDU, PU require a student to undergo a six month industrial training for a period of six months, during either 7th or 8th semester. Marks are awarded for the training, depending on the trainer's comments and external viva-voce.

Six Week Industrial Training

BTECH, BCA students are required to also undergo six week industrial training during 4th semester. Here also universities like PTU, Chitkara, PU, MDU, KU, Jammu allocate marks for this training.
