Each training at Hoven is conducted using our SyBooks. What are SyBooks ? During the course of our research on training methods, we found that a student needs to do a lot of 'solved examples' on writing code. 1-1 Training

At Hoven a batch doesnot exceed 8 students at a time. So our trainers can spare more time to attend each student very well, which effectively makes it a 1-1 training. Our trainers are experts in their own fields, they have a long experience. So they can tell you alternate methods of writing code. They can tell you the pros and cons of each approach.

Learn by Doing, not Seeing

We have seen that a lot many training institutes conduct entire courses with Power-Point ppt presentations, with little or no emphasis on practical coding. A trainee is hardly involved in the training process, he is a mere spectator to the "lecture show".

In each of our training programs[except of course, our C/C++ language program] a trainee is required to bring his laptop daily. In our lecture, we teach a concept for a brief period of time and then ask our trainees to switch on their laptops so that they get started with practice assignments to reinforce their understanding of the concept.
