What is the Spring framework?

The Spring framework is an open source application framework used for developing Java enterprise applications. Spring simplifies development and reduces code complexity, resulting in increased programmer productivity and accelerated application development.

What is Hibernate?

Hibernate is an Object-Relational mapping (O/RM) framework used for persisting Java objects in a relational database. Hibernate significantly reduces development time otherwise spent on the low-level implementation of database storage, freeing the developer to focus on manipulating Java object models.

Which Server will be Used ?

GlassFish Server 3+ with the NetBeans 7.2+ IDE. The applications developed in the course are portable to all Java application servers including WebLogic, WebSphere, Oracle Application Server, Geronimo and Java System Application Server.

How much time is spent on each topic ?

Topics 1 - 6 are covered in 7.5 hours

What is the training route for JAVA ?

First learn Core JAVA. The course generally contains information on data-types, libraries, inner classes, inheritance, sockets, 2D Graphics, swing, etc.,
Then go for an Advanced JAVA course either for Android stream, or JAVA internet based technologies.
Google recommended IDE is Eclipse, whereas Oracle recommends NetBeans. You can choose either of them, because it hardly matters to a beginner, and, if possible, try both of them as there is no harm in learning both of them for your programs. But if your primary job profile is as an Android developer, Eclipse is the best. And, if you are a desktop/Web developer, then NetBeans is a better choice.
